The Group You'll Be A Part Of As a Program Product Manager, you will be working with senior Product Option Architects to assist in developing the configurable structure of new and released products. This will support the company's need to sell complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems. Working closely with Product Management, NPI Program Management, and Product Structure Engineers, you will help deliver the introduction of new products as well as the continuous improvement of current product offerings. Your efforts will result in an accurate configuration tool utilized by the sales force to place orders. This position will support Business Development and plays a pivotal role in the implementation of POA processes for Deposition and Etch products.
Minimum Qualifications - The Ideal candidate will have SAP ECC knowledge, specifically in SAP VC (Variant Configurator), and experience in SAP CRM/CRP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional matrix.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
Who We're Looking For - BS/BA equivalent or higher is preferred in an Engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years' work experience, and or Business/Project Management with 5 years relevant experience.

Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $86,000.00 - $202,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
