If these qualities speak to you, apply to become part of the Futuro Health team.Position Summary: This funded position will offer an excellent opportunity for a seasoned individual with healthcare education or health workforce development background to contribute to an impactful grant project. As Program and Relationship Site Manager, you will play a key role in leadership and project management, ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and execution of the funded project. This role is ideal for someone who has experience as an allied health program director, clinical coordinator/director, or workforce development director and is highly engaged with the local healthcare market. You must also be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate with local healthcare educational programs and employers to make a meaningful impact on individuals' journeys to become healthcare professionals.Essential Job Functions:Planning, Support and Execution:Lead the planning, execution, and management of the local initiatives, ensuring that all activities align with project goals and timelines.Assist in the planning stages of the project. Ability to identify local workforce needs, source potential educational provider partnerships and initiate relationships with healthcare employment organizations (inclusive of mental and behavioral health).Support the Director with coordination and execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.Collaborate with team on the development of program materials, communications, and resources to facilitate effective project delivery.Participate in organizing events, and meetings related to the project.Travel to meeting destinations as applicable to the project grant deliverables.Project Duties:Ensure successful progress of project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, including participant data, project metrics, and financial expenditures.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, including funding agencies, institutional leadership, and project participants.Continuous communication and feedback with the Futuro Health leadership.Stakeholder Engagement:Develop and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with workforce partnerships to enhance project effectiveness and support.Collaborate with local healthcare educational programs, employers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive project success.Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including participants, partners, and funders, to provide updates and gather feedback. Work collaboratively with the various departments of the Futuro Health organization.Program Management:Manage the delivery of educational and training programs tailored to the needs of the local healthcare workforce.Communicate with the programs and scholar support team on any changes in educational programs or processes for scholar success.Develop partnerships with local health care agencies (e.g., hospitals, clinics, medical offices, etc.) for externship sites for the Externship to Employment team to facilitate placement efforts for scholars.Work with local America Job Centers (Connecticut) and Career Source Centers (Florida) for partnerships and extended service support for scholars.Evaluation and Reporting:Assist in the collection and analysis of data to evaluate project outcomes and impact.Implement monitoring systems to assess project progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.Support the preparation of evaluation reports that demonstrate project achievements and areas for improvement. Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project's lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project objectives.Communicate with the funding agency and Director, Pathway and Program Management.Financial Management:Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure the project's goals are met within budgetary constraints.Help monitor the project budget, ensuring expenditures align with the funding requirements and institutional policies.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for funding agencies.Continuous Improvement:Contribute to identifying opportunities for project improvement and innovation.Support the implementation of best practices and process enhancements to optimize project delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience in healthcare education or health workforce development, ideally in roles such as allied health program director, clinical coordinator/director, or workforce development director.Strong engagement with the local healthcare market and a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of healthcare education and workforce development.Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field. Minimum 5 years of combined or related experience in healthcare (Education, Clinical, or Workforce), preferably in a leadership role. Experience in project management and coordination, preferred in an education or nonprofit setting. Experience with grant funded projects is a plus.Supervisory Responsibility:This role initially does not have supervisory responsibility over staff but may add team members over time.Work Environment/Travel:This is a remote role in a given geographical location and the candidate will need to reside in either Connecticut or Southern Florida. Local travel will be required in addition to some travel to attend organizational meetings.Physical Demands: Able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work irregular hours including after hours and weekends although this will be infrequent.Position Type: This position is Full-Time, Exempt (Temporary funded position through 9/30/2027).
