Include, but are not limited to: Faculty Support. Academic Materials and Course Management Coordination. Student Support, Onboarding and Program Representation. Program Administration. As the primary contact for program academics, the Program Services Specialist plays an important role as one of the public faces of the program during class weekends, residential sessions, and Global Study courses. As such, there is required weekend staffing on the Cornell Tech campus and some domestic and international travel. The Program Specialist is also heavily involved in staffing residence weeks (one week in July and one week in January) on the Ithaca campus. The Program Services Specialist periodically attends special events and activities for current students and/or alumni. Such opportunities help to reinforce the face of the program and provide important opportunities to connect with program participants about the EMBA Metro NY Program.
