Rate of pay: $15.00 - $20.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. Essential Responsibilities: Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned. Ability to work in a team environment to plan, coordinate, execute programs/program activities and curriculum effectively. Communication and engagement with YMCA program participants, parents, and members. Provide guidance and support to program participants. Provide feedback on success and/or failure of projects and activities. Follow all program curriculum and/or YMCA of Delaware program rules/regulations. Ensure that all participants follow the YMCA code of conduct and manage behaviors. Performs other duties as may be required by supervisors for the benefit of the program. Minimum Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Multi-lingual skills Experience working with children, youth, and families. The YMCA of Delaware is an equal opportunity employer.
