Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Program Supervisor position. This is a full-time position in the Full Service Partnership Child Program in the Behavioral Health Department based out of the Gardner Health Services Corporate Office located at 160 E Virginia Street, San Jose, CA 95112. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor is responsible for providing assessments, crisis intervention, and the overall clinical supervision of the counseling staff. The Program Supervisor oversees the clinical activities of the program. The Full Service Partnership Child Program follows a do what it takes philosophy in providing intensive therapeutic services for children between the ages of 6 to 15 years. This comprehensive care model includes a combination of intensive psychological therapies as well as psychiatric support.
