Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is a progressive organization specializing in including children who are neurodivergent and/or who have mental health challenges with their neurotypical peers in school and community settings. IECP is an established and respected partner to school districts and families having provided quality services to over 100 school districts and thousands of children. IECP has a Full Time Supervisory position available for schools located in Hollywood, Downtown and Central LA areas.*Job requirements include:** A desire to learn, contribute, and to make the world a better place* A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.* A firm belief in neurodiversity and that ALL children benefit from being together and having shared experiences.* A Master degree is required. The addition of a Teaching Credential and/or BCBA is preferred.* Extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Supports, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies.* Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred.*Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to create effective change.* Time management and organizational skills.*Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check), cleared TB screening and reliable transportation are all requirements of this position* .* IECP offers competitive salary and paid training to candidates who are offered a position with our agency.* IECP offers a comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plan to Full-time employees upon successful completion of the probationary period.* IECP offers Paid Time Off that can be utilized when schools are not in session.* IECP offers a 401k and profit sharing plan for eligible employees.Other benefits of working with IECP include ongoing training, employee friendly organization, high levels of support from directors and colleagues, progressive, state of the art programs, consistent and plentiful work, and individualized attention to support you as an integral member of our agency.
