The Program Supervisor will be supervising CADI Case Managers and work to ensure ourclients receive excellent care that meets state, county, and company standards. Our Scott County Waiver Case Management team provides person centered care to clients in the community by coordinating and facilitating services that support and maintain health and independence.Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pmLocation: Scott County, Minnesota | HybridHiring Range: $54,000 - $58,000 Yearly, based on qualificationsHiring bonus: $1,000 to external candidatesPeople Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota. For over 50 years, we have been a leading community partner, transforming the health of our communities through innovative solutions.Main Job Duties:* Supervises and coaches the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, proper procedures and excellent quality of services* Provides training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices* Provides direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner* Facilitates partnerships and nurtures relationships with stakeholders in order to meet the overall health needs of clients* Creates a sense of community and team among staff and clients* Hires and orienting program staff* Helps staff in development of skills* Coordinates program schedules and meetings* Models person-centered care* Develops and maintains effective working relationships with program staff an other program managers* Must be able to have onsite in-person presence for this full-time hybrid positionRequirementsQualifications:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
