The Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day office management and perform a variety of specialized clerical duties in support of administrative operations of departmental programs or projects. Duties focus on assisting the Director and staff with project support duties, such as tracking expenditures and program information; producing statistical and summary reports; reviewing and monitoring invoices, employee evaluation timeliness, developing written materials and answering correspondence.
Work at this level typically involves a variety of complex clerical tasks requiring substantial knowledge of the department's work commitments and projects. Considerable independence and initiative is involved in determining how the work is performed and appropriate actions to be taken.

Required Qualification:
* Associate's Degree or the equivalent and 1 year of clerical experience. Additional clerical experience will substitute for the degree.
* Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
