ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staffing Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of MRRCT staffing in the Rainbow Health system on a weekly basis.
- Team Scheduling: Assist MRRCT managers in updating and managing team schedules, including tracking staff assignments and shift coverage.
- Training Support: Track and monitor required trainings for MRRCT staff; assist with coordinating training sessions and ensuring Healthcare Authority compliance.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new staff, including coordinating with people operations in scheduling orientations, ensuring documentation is complete, and preparing necessary materials.
- Data Management: Create and maintain MRRCT charts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates as requested by leadership.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist the leadership team in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for MRRCT and prepare regular reports for program leadership.
- Follow-up Tracking: Monitor and report on follow-ups related to MRRCT cases as directed by program leadership.
- Reporting: Run and distribute MRRCT reports, ensuring they are complete and distributed in a timely manner.
- Diversity, Equity, Justice, Inclusion: Relate to others professionally, respecting individual and cultural differences. Understand how cultural background might impact crisis intervention and treatment.
- Team Support: Assist with assigning staff locations and shifts based on operational needs.
- Administrative Coordination: Provide organizational support to MRRCT leadership, including scheduling updates, team communication, and other duties as assigned based on program needs.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Education: Associates or Bachelors, preferably in a healthcare or human services discipline.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience providing administrative support.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard business software, including Excel, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to learn and use at least two software systems relevant to MRRCT operations. A basic understanding of mobile applications is a plus.
- Administrative Office Skills: Including, but not limited to, organization skills, attention to detail, adaptability, time management, effectively handling shifting priorities, and problem solving.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization.
- Reporting: Ability to create, maintain, and report out on metrics and KPIs.
- Work Style: Must be able to work independently, while taking direction and input from multiple managers.

- Must have a Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
