Job Duties
Provides administrative and programmatic support duties to Call Center and Customer Escalation staff to address (UI) Unemployment Insurance claims and meet business needs. Utilize automated systems to review and key information as well as track escalated cases and prepare reports. Performs administrative duties including inventory tracking, ordering and mail processing.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of claims processing procedures, office operations and appropriate telephone etiquette.
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, computer (data entry, word processing software and the Internet), and customer service skills
Ability to respond to inquiries timely and professionally; work well with the public and staff; talk, type and listen concurrently; collect and enter data into an automated system; sit for long periods of time; and work in a tightly scheduled call center environment.
Must successfully complete an FBI finger-print background investigation and state law enforcement background check, and subsequent reinvestigation(s) that must be conducted within 5 years from the date of the previous background investigation.

Knowledge of data entry and report creation databases.
