Programmatic Sales Director, Programmatic Tech, NYC- Ad Tech - $150,000 - 160,000 base + Double OTE

The Company

My client is a leader globally in the Ad Tech space, with a series of high profile acquisitions in the Advertising space they have become a major player in the space.

Being a Tech Powerhouse, having a whole load of funding behind them and an incredible leadership team they are in a fantastic position to grow and sell! They have their own SSP, DSP and Programmatic Managed Service offering, with a strength in Audio Advertising.

They have opportunities in their sales team across the US to sell both into mostly tier 1 Agencies, targeting the biggest and best in the business.

This role though is needing someone who is a Programmatic Subject Matter expert. You'll be drafted into Sales conversations with colleagues to provide your Programmatic expertise, whilst still having a sales quota yourself to bring in business from Tier 1 Agencies in the North East.

The Role

As a Sales Director you will be:

  • Selling the company's innovative technology proposition to major advertising agencies and brands
  • Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
  • Be the Programmatic Sales expert within the business, supporting your and your colleagues pitches and sales
  • Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
  • Pitching to and meeting with Agency programmatic partners
  • Provide training and support to your clients using the technology
  • Attending various trade shows and events

You

  • Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts
  • Very strong knowledge of Programmatic, ideally from a trading background originally
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
  • Ideally you'll have over 2 years Ad Tech sales experience
  • A knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
  • Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
