Job Opportunity: Programmer/Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiently read precision measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure, calipers, micrometer, bore gage, telescoping gage with micrometer).
• Maintain measurements with accuracy to .0001 of an inch.
• Understand and interpret drawings and prints.
• Set up lathe/mill, verifying zero and reference points, and set tool registers and offsets.
• Take direction from department supervisors.
• Complete tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting goals.
• Utilize calculating skills (basic math, geometry, trigonometry) as needed.

Experience Required:

• Machining: 2 years (preferred)
• CNC: 2 years (preferred)
• Job shop experience: 2 years.
