High exposure project accounting manager opportunity with a very strong and growing real estate developer based in Fort Lauderdale. Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of day to day accounting
- Financial reporting
- AIA filings
- Project & construction accounting
- Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting ore relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office
