Job Description BAE Systems Identification Systems (IDS) seeks a well-organized, dependable, and industrious Project Admin Manager to join its integrated team in support of cost, performance, and schedule management of Department of Defense (DoD) Identification of Friend or Foe (IFF) projects.

The successful candidate will provide scheduling and project management support to engineering development, integration, test, sustainment, and Fleet Modernization teams. Position responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain project schedules in support of engineering, development, integration, test, sustainment, and fleet installation milestones.

* Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs).

* Monitor and control project performance in relation to plans.

* Support configuration management and risk management.

* Perform project analysis and update plans to achieve milestones.

* Support resource management activities in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

* Update, organize, and maintain SharePoint process asset libraries.

* Facilitate communication between government customers including program offices and BAE team members.

* Plan and execute meetings, including distribution of agendas, compilation of meeting minutes and tracking action items.

* Support government instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

* Provide high-level support that oversees progress of the entire project.

* Ability to become the Point of Contact and Project Lead for running a project or group of projects.

* Coordinate the efforts of team members, assign action status tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

* Candidate should have a high-level understanding of Project Management Principles.

This is a self-starter position. The selected candidate will need to work independently with minimal guidance.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience OR High School diploma and 10-12 years of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word

Scheduling and financial acumen with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate and escalate issues as needed

Ability to learn job-related material through on-the-job training

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
