Job Description:

The Project Administrator is responsible for being an organized, service-orientated individual to manage projects for a variety of Customers. The position is responsible for communicating with a variety of departments, vendors, employees, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget. Position also will suggest additional services to Customers.ResponsibilitiesMeet customers and communicate (in person, phone, email) expectations regarding timeline of completed reports.Generate work orders for technicians-communicate with technicians regarding testing (jobs, reports, etc.).Responsible for collecting and managing data coming in from the field for each Customer job.Responsible for generating professional, accurate reports in a timely manner.Communicate with clients, management and their team for effective problem resolution and transfer of pertinent information.Accountable for maintaining status of projects and providing the client with this information as directed.Track documentation and production on each assigned job.Conduct client communication in a highly customer service oriented manner and potentially expand the scope of project work as well as negotiate any extra charges associated with work performed.All work and decisions shall be conducted in strict compliance of all regulatory law.Observe all safety rules and Best Practices; Follow all company policies and procedures.Other duties assigned.Required Experience and Qualifications:Associate's degree in related field or experience equivalency and a minimum of 2 years related experience.Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and additional technical materials for troubleshooting circuit breakers and electrical power equipment.Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers and peers.Dependable and responsible with good judgment and organizational skills.Good customer service, time management and follow-up skills.Self-management of assigned projects and job cost accountability to perform work within budgeted cost estimates.Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Able to work with various people throughout the organization-Customer Focused.Focus on accuracy and efficiencies.For positions that utilize a company vehicle, will be required to have a valid driver's license.Additional InformationTravel: 0%Type: Full timeCompensation: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour and eligible for overtime.Relocation: No relocation for this role.Benefits: Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, Employee Ownership Plan, matching 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, and anniversary bonuses.Application Details: The position will stay open until filled - seeking one FTE.
