STARTING PAY $50,000 - $60,000 Position Description This job description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job. Position reports to Administrative Manager This position is classified as salaried Successful pre-employment background check for LMC is required Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and participation in Drug/Alcohol Free workplace is required PM22 Position Requirements Major responsibilities include: Support project manager with accounting and billing processes | facilitate and fully execute contracts, subcontracts and purchase order agreements | issue owner change orders | process project related invoices and purchase receipts | line waivers | subcontract compliance | maintain project files in Viewpoint Construction software and Textura The ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage accounting duties for multiple construction projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Prior administrative or accounting experience in the construction industry, excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, ability to effectively work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
