Job Description: The Project Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office.Primary Responsibilities:-Accounting tasks, accounts payable, reporting, data entry, billing, invoicingSupport the accounting team-Answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedule-Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures-Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings-Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings-Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings-Ensuring project deadlines are met-Providing administrative support as needed-Developing project strategies-Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project-Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective-Adhere to all Safety and CORP policies and procedures-Work as part of one UniTek GS, supporting and protecting the brand value.Education/Experience Required:-Prior Administrative Experience-High School Diploma-Candidate must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug testing and random drug screening.Position Requirements:-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required.-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team-Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook-Experience with Spectrum, Ariba, and/or any other ERP operating systems a PLUS-Knowledge of file management and other administrative proceduresPhysical Requirements:-Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day-Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.-Typical office environment
