Committed to personal and professional growth.Job Functions Include:1) Administrative support for designated project managers and project team, including participation in team meetings2) Organize leads and follow designated process3) Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators as needed including work on proposals and prequal packages4) Follow and improve Project Admin and Project Mgmt processes5) Manage the following in Procore/Acumatica: new job set up, job budget set up and updates, subcontractor commitments, subcontractor change orders, owner contracts, owner change orders, schedules of values, pay applications, cost moves and job close out6) Standard organization and maintenance of project files7) Draft/organize owner contracts8) Draft/organize subcontracts9) Maintain corresponding project logs. Own the Project Admin Log and associated subcontractor documentation needs10) Facilitate project close out - including submittals development of warranty packages, and customer surveys11) Coordinate the Handle requests for certificates of insurance, bond, permits, notice of commencement, 12) Scan to vendor file and update vendor log with new COI 13) Scan and file all NTO and Lien Releases that come thru the mail of email system14) Act as a liaison between project managers, contractors, clients and suppliers and communicate updates to project team as needed.15) Prepare agendas and follow up on action items.16) Santa Rosa Beach office management - administrative tasks Coordinate with vendors and service providers (equipment deliveries, oversee service maintenance and repairs, yard service, cleaning service, FedEx, etc.), order and maintain office supplies, order and maintain kitchen supplies, coordinate ordering lunch for meetings17) Liaison for the Cast Appreciation Lunch Caterers. 18) Other duties as assigned
