HRV is currently seeking a full-time Operations?Project Administrator position to provide high level administrative support to our project managers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide high level administrative support to Project Managers (PM).
* Process client requests under direction of PM.
* Assist PM is the creation of proposals.
* Assist PM with project status, budget, documentation, and in the coordination of field staff.
* Create, updates, and revises staff resumes in varying formats as assigned.
* Create and revise job assignment documents
* Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities for PM's.
* Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
* Identifies methods and procedures to create efficient work flow.
* Timely completion of assigned tasks with high quality results
* Phone backup support to receptionist
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent internal and external customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail Oriented
* Superior proofreading skills
* Self-Starter
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Experience with PennDOT ECMS helpful
Education/Background:
* Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study
* 5 - 7 years of experience providing administrative support
* Experience in an engineering and/or construction environment is a plus
* OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
