Project Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will work closely with Program Managers and onsite lead to manage various aspects of contract performance, including project tracking, contract compliance, and employee management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of federal government contracting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Project Administrator Responsibilities Include:
* Maintain and update all project trackers, documentation, and databases for the project.
* Participate in briefings and technical meetings with internal and external representatives and customers.
* Review, understand, and ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Assist the Program Manager and/or onsite lead in managing, coordinating, and reporting all hiring and onboarding activities to ensure timely and complete staffing of task orders.
* Assist the team leads with contact with internal and external stakeholders concerning deliverables, reporting, safety protocols, and security requirements to track schedules, progress, and financials.
* Prepare briefs, information papers, and presentations as required utilizing Microsoft Office family of products (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access)
* Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders
* Ability to organize data for processing and reporting
* Ability to multi-task multiple tasks at the same time
* Ability to provide customer service within a difficult environment
* Ability to disseminate information and ensure it is processed properly
* Ensure all personnel follow guidelines while onsite
* Provide daily reports and logs to Site Manager
* Knowledge of federal ADA requirements
* Ability to adhere to safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies
Project Administrator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
* An associate degree with no less than 5 years of professional experience working as an Administrator preferably in a government environment.
* Traveled as a part of work requirements
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are not required but are preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via oral and written means
* Ability to remain calm in the midst of difficult circumstances and emergencies
* Advanced knowledge of disaster services and community resources; Federal, state, tribal and territorial disaster assistance programs, housing & utility assistance
* Proficient in utilizing Outlook, Word and Excel; PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* The ability to successfully pass a drug screen and a federal background check is mandatory
* This position is performed both indoors and outdoors
* Travel is required up to 100% of the time
