job summary: A Project Analyst is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the Corning, NYE area. This role involves supporting ERP system deployment by collaborating with business and IT teams to design, test, and implement Source to Pay processes while providing training and driving change management.location: Corning, New York job type: Contract salary: $34.36 - 48.10 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on SAP and functional processes.
• Support project planning with task descriptions, durations, and resource needs.
• Identify and document detailed business requirements.
• Lead process reviews to standardize solutions and reduce process variations.
• Validate ERP (SAP) design with business teams and Global Process Owners (GPOs).
• Gather information for workshops and follow up on open items.
• Identify, document, resolve, and escalate issues.
• Assist in testing, including SIT and UAT support.

Skills:

• ERP integration knowledge (S2P Source to Pay).
• strong project management skills and time management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership updates.
• strong decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years in Source to Pay ERP projects, preferably SAP.
• Background in project management and procurement/supply chain processes.
