Job Description:

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Non-IT Project Analyst in Minneapolis, MN

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (Training Onsite), Minneapolis, MN 55402

Pay rate: $28-$30.71/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and project priorities.
  • Manage and analyze incoming client documentation, ensuring accurate data interpretation and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with multiple groups to facilitate client onboarding and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform quality control reviews on treasury management implementation activities and ensure compliance.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise documentation of processes and project requirements.
  • Communicate project updates effectively, escalating risks and issues as needed.
  • Support data conversion projects and track documentation throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in treasury management integration, financial services operations, quality control, or audit.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage simple to complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to interpret documentation, manage data, and collaborate across teams effectively.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Treasury Management product knowledge and prior payments industry experience.
  • Experience in data conversion and working on change management projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Procedure writing and documentation experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick assessments.
