Job DetailsWe are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and possess expertise in Revit design for education, healthcare, and commercial projects. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and construction of projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Research and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and expectations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional license in Architecture preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project architecture, with a focus on education, healthcare, and commercial sectors
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable design practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
