Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Architect at Joseph Fernandez, Architect, P.C. located in Eastchester, NY. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of architectural projects, including managing budgets, preparing drawings and specifications, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional license or pursuing licensure
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
• Strong proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Excellent design and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Must have a car to travel to various jobsites
• Must be a self starter
