Job Description:

They are seeking a highly experienced Architect/Project Manager to join their growing team. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and project management, ready to lead high-level projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design leadership and a proven ability to manage projects within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee architectural projects from design initiation to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive architectural drawings, detailed specifications, and construction documents.
  • Manage project scheduling, budget oversight, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design integrity and quality standards are upheld.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects.
  • Strong proficiency in architectural design software, preferably Revit or AutoCAD.
  • Licensed Architect and/or ability to obtain one is preferred.
  • LEED accreditation is a plus.
