Job Description:
They are seeking a highly experienced Architect/Project Manager to join their growing team. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and project management, ready to lead high-level projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design leadership and a proven ability to manage projects within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee architectural projects from design initiation to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and review comprehensive architectural drawings, detailed specifications, and construction documents.
- Manage project scheduling, budget oversight, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design integrity and quality standards are upheld.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, preferably Revit or AutoCAD.
- Licensed Architect and/or ability to obtain one is preferred.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
