Summary:An architectural firm is in search of a project architect to add to their team in Athens. This firm offers an exceptional work environment, a diverse project portfolio, and opportunities for leadership and advancement. The perfect candidate must be self-motivated, flexible with performing the duties listed below, understand design and phase submission, and be able to produce grammatically correct content. This employee will be under the supervision of and assist the lead architect in that office by leading our Athens architectural staff to complete projects on time.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with client proposals and presentations.
- Assist with client communication.
- Assist with project tracking.
- Build code analysis.
- Lead architectural design concepts with a collaborative staff.
- Coordinate with consulting engineers.
- Develop project phase submissions.
- Oversee and detail construction documents.
- Revit drafting.
- Participate in field observation.
This is a full-time, direct hire position hiring immediately, offering a comprehensive benefits package. Pay is commensurate with experience but very competitive. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a to 5:30 p.QualificationsRequired:
- Registered Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Two or more years of related experience
- State of Ohio Architectural Registration
- NCARB, LEED, and CSI Certifications
