Award winning architecture studio located in downtown Culver City is seeking a CA Licensed Architect. They are accepting candidates with 5 to 15 years' of experience, salary DOE.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CA Licensed Architect looking to work on local and international projects. The role involves overseeing architectural projects where you will work on full CD sets as well as working in all project phases; collaborating with clients and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe CS
• Strong understanding of residential building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes in California
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture
• CA Licensed Architect with experience handling small to large-scale residential and commercial projects
• Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design solutions
