Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Project Architect with experience supporting large scale projects.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for managing projects from Schematic-Construction Administration
  • Serve as the Primary client liaison
  • Determine scope of work, estimates fees, and prepares proposals and contracts
  • Actively manage budgets, schedules and utilization of staff to ensure efficiency and achieve project profitability
  • Deliver projects that represent the vision of the client, and that are on time, within the budget and meet quality standards
  • Responsible for managing and developing client relationships to promote repeat and future opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture
  • 8+ years of experience
  • R.A. in Massachusetts is preferred
  • Exposure to Industrial, Commercial, or similar large scale project sectors
  • Clear understanding in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Proven results in job profitability
  • Strong REVIT and Microsoft Skills
  • Excellent workplace skills include written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

This is a full time, direct hire position - No contract period involved
