Firm Description
Alloy Architecture is a mid-sized architecture and interior design firm in located in Wichita, KS. Firm Values
At Alloy Architecture, we believe that we make our own lives better by making other peoples' lives better. We do that by putting our clients, our people, and the community first and applying our 3 pillars of practice to everything we do.
- Principled - Integrity, stewardship, talent, contribution, respect, professionalism, humility. These are challenging principles, but they are the standard we set for ourselves and our team members. We believe we have a responsibility to strive to live and work by these guiding principles.
- Creative - In practice, innovation comes from associating and combining previously unrelated ideas to overcome challenges. For that reason we intentionally structure our firm to develop expertise in multiple architectural practice areas, and to expose our staff to all practice areas as they develop. This allows us to innovate by cross-pollinating talents and ideas from one practice to another, avoiding the ruts that come with single market specialization.
- Partnership - We know that a true partnership is one that is mutually beneficial to all parties. It requires the right staff, consultants, contractors, and yes, even the right clients. All must have aligned values and diverse talents, focused on a common vision for a successful project that betters the lives of the client and the community.
