urban are partnering with a famous international design studio, headed up by one of the world's instantly recognizable Architects, to find a Project Architect for a genuinely rare opportunity to work under one of their Partners.
This firm are globally recognized, with studios in 3 continents, and are c.60 people in their NYC office. They work over almost all sectors of architecture - large residential + commercial buildings, world-class sports facilities, infrastructure, cultural and civic work. Their projects are high-profile and all medium + large scale works, usually working from concept to completion.
They give people an opportunity to really get stuck in to projects, usually placing their staff on jobs from concept and seeing the project through, including site visits to wherever in world the job is. This gives their employees an unparalleled exposure to projects across all stages of work and a true breadth of experience on projects that is so often missing at the top design firms.
They are looking for a Project Architect to directly support one of their Partners on a large, luxury residential project, currently in concept design. The role is a real chance to work closely with a tremendous designer of vast experience, and support him with the running of projects, overseeing a young and talented team, managing and coordinating consultants, and generally providing experience and leadership to their team.
To be considered for this role you must possess at least 5-7 years' professional experience, at least a years' worth of job running or management experience and a portfolio of well-designed medium or large scale projects. Revit and Rhino proficiency would be highly beneficial.

Salary: $100,000-130,000
