It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doingAs a Project Associate, you will be working within alliantgroup's Energy Incentives (179D) division to coordinate site visits for professional engineers by working closely with various departments to ensure all necessary arrangements are made and documents are available prior to site visits.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site visits for professional engineers, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for successful visits.
  • Review construction documents to ensure engineers have all necessary information prior to site visits.
  • Work closely with the government relations team to support relationships with building owners.
  • Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and government relations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project goals.
  • Demonstrate a dynamic personality and unparalleled sense of urgency in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Present information effectively and professionally to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (sales experience not required)
  • Comfortable calling on C-level decision makers.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking, and time management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
