Seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join our client, an innovator in the Lifesciences AI space. This is a hybrid role in Tarrytown, NY, with 2-3 days onsite/week.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the AIOPS project across various workstreams, including governance, communications, and technical writing. You will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Meeting Management: Organize and schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, track action items, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitate clear and concise communication between project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Technical Writing Support: Assist in the creation and editing of technical documentation, such as user guides and process documents.
- Governance Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of project governance frameworks and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
