We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in executing and delivering successful projects.
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Facilitate communication between internal participants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Monitor project progress and report any issues or potential delays to the Project Manager.
Assist in resource allocation and ensure that all participants have the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document minutes.
Ensure that projects adhere to company standards and regulations, coordinating with quality assurance as necessary.
Support risk management processes by identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
Collect and analyze project data to create reports for management.
Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentations, tracking expenses, and updating project databases.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
