Job Opportunity: Columbus, Ohio Our client is looking for a Project Controls Administrator to join their team. Our client is growing fast globally and looking for top talent to join their team. They are a leading global supplier of Abrasive Blasting and Painting Facilities to a range of different industries. The Project Controls Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team through assisting with the Project Management Office functions and project portfolio tasks. They will also assist in facilitating needs between team members, executives, and external parties such as suppliers, and customers. Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in project controls, project management, or related roles. - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, or similar tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Ability to rapidly resolve issues and recognize when to escalate. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skill. - Bachelor's Degree. Responsibilities/Duties: - Assist in creation and management of documentation for processes and procedures. - Maintain and monitor progress tracking within a project. - Support Director with correspondence. - Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management, meeting coordination, and communication. - Ability to effectively record and maintain detailed notes during meetings, discussions, and other relevant interactions. - Facilitate team functions. - Communicate effectively with project team members and other relevant parties. This includes defining communication protocols, assisting in project meetings when necessary, and providing timely updates on project data.
