JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage number of project controls specialist for the pathway project. Involved with the lifecycle of project controls (funding, scheduling, budgeting control, reporting)
- To provide leadership to the project control teams.
- Ensuring that there are good processes and systems in place to manage the pathway projects.
- Interfacing with other teams to accomplish project/task.
- The type of project is renewables; managing project controls functions for the Colorado Power Pathway Project.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (engineering, construction management, finance, or other related business field)
- Advanced certification: PMP, CCP (nice to have)
- M icrosoft Suite - Required (Power BI)
- Oracle Primavera P6 - Nice to have
- Project Controls (scheduling, cost budget controls) - 5-10 years experience
- Manage people (5 years experience leading)
- Microsoft Office
- Must be able to demonstrate project controls methodology
- Team player
- Problem solving skills (in high pressure environment)
- Utility experience preferred
- A progressive career path within the Project Controls function.
- Have held scheduling and/or cost control roles (e.g., scheduler/planner, cost control analyst) for a minimum of 8-10 years before being promoted to manage schedulers and/or cost controllers as a Project Controls Manager (PCM).
- At least 5 years of experience managing people in a PCM role.
