Job ID: 23-02824 The Partner Operations team at Client is at the intersection of Business Development and Partner Influenced Sales. We spearhead complex and important analysis and develop and design business processes related to the Partner EcoSystem. As a Project Manager, you will deliver key insights to help grow our business, improve productivity, protect margins, and increase Client and partner profitability. You will be a key member of the Partner Operations team working closely with cross-functional partners around Client. In this position, you will provide valuable perspectives to help Client recruit, certify, on board, enable, market and manage the Partner Ecosystem for Digital Media, specifically the Sign business As such, you will: •Partner with product management, partner marketing and business development teams to administer and monitor success of Sign partner programs •Become the business process and program subject matter expert to internal and external partners •Maintain the internal/external training documentation for Partner related programs •Innovate new processes relative to Client and Telco partnerships •Manage the ISV Certification program for new Sign Integrations Who You Are: •You are process and procedure minded and you take organized approaches to problem solving. You break down issues into smaller pieces and have a strong desire to dig into data to guide your thinking •Self-starter who takes initiative and can thrive within a matrixed team organization •Have the ability to manage several like projects at once •You can pivot from blockers and develop a new approach when there are no precedents •Clear and effective communicator •Personable, approachable and able to connect with each and every person on the team and throughout the business Requirements: •Bachelor degree from 4-year institution •2-5 years past experience managing projects, processes and programs •Strong working knowledge of Salesforce •Strong knowledge Telecommunications business model •SaaS Knowledge •Willingness to learn new tools for onboarding new business models Preferred: •PMP and/or Six Sigma Certified •Knowledge of Partner Life Cycle and the Channel Certifications & Licenses: Manage the ISV Certification program for new Sign Integrations PMP Six Sigma Certified
