Job description:
- Create and regularly update the internal resources for assigned department(s).
- Activities include everything that is included in the OPTIME RCM tool for resource creation and follow-up, using applicable processes for information retrieval.
- Customization and regular updates will be performed in accordance with the Customization rules established by the CSO Resources and Tool expert team.
- Ensure the data requested by the Business Partner of the department is reflected in the resource list in consistency with customization rules set by the team.
- Ensure history data follow-up in the RCM tool and coordinate quality controls of headcount data.
- Check weekly if new short-term contracts have been validated by finance, then create and communicate related position numbers as defined in the internal process.
- Check weekly the EC file and trackers to ensure network IDs are correctly filled in.
