We're happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business.**What You'll Be Doing****Job Scope:** Generally responsible for providing administrative support for the Maintenance and Inspection Team.**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**With supervision and limited decision-making:+ 25%Create purchase requisitions against Cost Centers and Work Orders, as requested.+ 25% Update work orders in SAP HANA, as needed.+ 15% Verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, process invoices in ML81N.+ 10% Create and update spreadsheets using Excel formulas and functions.+ 10% Scan, file, and maintain Maintenance records.+ 5% Manage maintenance rentals with 3rd party vendors.+ 5% Update procedures using Adobe Acrobat Distiller.+ 5% Schedule PM inspections with 3rd party vendors.**Ideal Background****Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is highly preferred.**Certification:** No certification is required for this position.**Experience:** This position requires 5+ years relevant plant experience in SAP is required. Administrative experience in plant environment is preferred.+ Must have a moderate level of proficiency with Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint programs.+ Must be proficient in writing/modifying basic Excel formulas/functions (Ex: IF statements, VLOOKUP, Subtotal functions, Right, Left, and Mid functions, etc.)+ Previous experience using SAP HANA or another CMMS is required.+ Experience converting documents from Adobe is preferred.+ Ability to create charts, graphs, and pull together presentations in PowerPoint.+ Ability to work in a team environment is required.+ Strong decision-making skills.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Physical Requirements:**+ Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.\#LI-LF1**Hargrove Culture**We work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a team mentality so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
