Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
  • Subcontractor's Payroll Reporting (Union and non Union)
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Construction Documents (RFI's, Submittals and Change Order)
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Review and verify employee payroll before submission
  • Manage and update insurance certificates as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related role within the construction industry
  • Proven experience managing contracts, reviewing payroll, and handling insurance certificates
  • Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
