What would you be doing:
- Talking to new customers
- Educating customers on the process, explaining what to expect and helping sell our jobs
- Entering jobs into our CRM
- Dispatching crews
- Ordering 3rd party services
- Scheduling the jobs with all parties
- Running the crews
- Meeting completion deadlines
- Bringing the project in on budget
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish
Key attributes:
- 3+ years coordinating experience in the disaster repair industry
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
- Must love working in an emergency room atmosphere
- Ability to work independently and present solutions to challenges
- Positive attitude, cheerful disposition, strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
