Project Coordinator- Service & Small ConstructionPosition Summary/Interdependencies:The Project coordinator assists with all aspects of projects from sale to close out. Projects include Residential, commercial and ATI service and small construction workEssential Functions:
- Assist Project Manager (s) with coordination items as needed
- Set up jobs in Jonas, Basecamp, and project folders
- Assist with gathering customer data for projects
- Scheduling dispatch for work orders
- Communicate start times with customers
- Coordinate PG&E shutdowns/emails as needed
- Invoice for projects per contract milestones
- Help manage project scope and communicate change order requirements to sales as needed
- Communicate with Engineering team, Sales, and Management

Level of Responsibility:
- This is a support position. The Project Coordinator will not make project level decisions or have authority for personnel, budgets, or projects.
Essential Job Requirements:
Driving: Current, valid Driver License for State where you will drive, meet company auto insurance qualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 5 + years in energy technology or related technology; 5 + years in Sales; Construction Project Management; Customer Service.
