Title: Project CoordinatorDepartment: Social ServicesFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Program SupervisorSummary: Responsible for SF Connected programs' administrative support and coordination, overseeing volunteers and computer instructors to deliver quality teaching in compliance with programs' requirements and providing digital literacy tech support as needed.Essential Functions:• Responsible for systematic data entry and worksheets. Ensuring data integrity in preparation for annual program monitoring.• Develops and establish a teaching library through various mediums that enhance and maintain the program's teaching quality. Create, maintain, and modify program procedures, device inventory logs, and related program materials for special projects.• Serves as a program's primary contact point for external clients' inquiries. Conduct calls to recertify programs' participants and check on the devices' status if needed.• Provides onboarding training and on-the-job support to new team members.• Participates in funders' meetings and stakeholder meetings.• Conducts strategic outreach and maintains relationships with community organizations to expand programs and services in different neighborhoods in the city.• Maintains training and workshop schedules and attendance records.• Maintains assigned client list for submittal to the clientele database-Administers program-wide surveys for internal review.• If needed, conducts hybrid classes and workshops for seniors to use computers, smart devices, and the Internet safely; answer computer and technology-related questions.• Responds to and acknowledges phone calls, emails, and notices promptly. • Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma and verifiable teaching experiences serving aging populations; tech background preferred.• Current working knowledge of PC technology/equipment, smartphones, tablet computers, MS Office software applications, Internet, online communication, and social media platforms.• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with older adults and individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Ability to effectively instruct senior learners on basic computer use and online programs using PC platforms or other personal computing devices.• Bilingual and bi-literate in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), Russian, or Spanish is preferred. • Must be available to work onsite at least four days a week.• Must be self-motivated, patient, detail-oriented, and able to follow through.• Must be able to travel via public transportation or personal/department vehicle to perform job duties.
