Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Project Coordinator in Casco, WI

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their waste into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical role in overseeing the financial management and performance of projects. This position will work closely with project managers, finance team members, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:

* Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives

* Develop and maintain project financial plans, forecasts, and reports

* Perform regular financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends and potential risks

* Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and update financial forecasts

* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cost allocation, and revenue recognition

* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

* Assist in the development and implementation of project control procedures and best practices

* Support the preparation of financial documentation for project audits

* Provide financial guidance and support to project teams to enhance decision-making

* Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met

* Coordinate with project managers to adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in project scope, resource availability, or other factors

* Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work proactively to resolve them

* Maintain up-to-date documentation of project schedules and changes, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders

* Use scheduling tools and software to streamline project planning and tracking processes

* Prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectives

* Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alike

* Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practices

* Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines

* Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors

* Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks

* Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance

* Perform other related duties as assigned

* Ability to travel to support other site approximately 10-15% of the time

This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred

* Proven experience as a Project Controller, Project Accountant, or similar role

* Strong understanding of project management principles, financial management, and scheduling

* Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)

* Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

* Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED

* Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language

* Discretionary bonus

* The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.

Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
