Were currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator & Administrator located in Philadelphia, PA. Overview: CMTS LLC. is actively seeking a qualified individual to join our team who can provide project coordination oversight for various assignments in the eastern Pennsylvania (Philadelphia influenced) area, from mobilization to completion and closeout. The individual will report to the Northeast (NE) Operations Director and will be involved with day-to-day operations as needed for organizing and communicating details related to company procedures, specific assignments or tasks, while serving as an interface between NE team members and CMTS management. This position is full-time. Given the nature of the work, some workdays be at on site locations typically day trips. Required Qualifications: In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related construction position. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience with construction management software and tools. Required Skills: Baseline of key performance -- attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and timely reporting. Strong written and verbal presentation skills to provide meaningful and concise communication to clients, subconsultants, and team members. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently; show capability of having organizational and planning skills, having an aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail and ability to achieve goals. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders within a matrix organizational structure inclusive of the project team members, and support functions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain performance database that tracks individual project progress and achievement of milestones such as scheduled accomplishments such as project start, commissioning and close-out. Develop and maintain processes for controlling correspondence including project related submittals, RFIs, contractor invoices as well as CMTS generated invoices. Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends. Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan. Support Regional Manager to identify annual financial objectives and budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Contribute to other CMTS efforts such as the marketing and talent acquisition process that may provide betterment to the company overall by accomplishing related results as needed. Salary: $32.00/hour to $36.00/hr. Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at managements discretion.
