Together, we can accomplish amazing things.Here's what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project management support for TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) engagements in a support function aligned to the Practice Delivery organization in a shared, collaborative partnership in order to achieve overall Delivery and Operational Excellence. Additionally, a Project Coordinator may be assigned tasks/initiatives in support of Practice development. The role works in a dynamic environment performing time sensitive administrative tasks in support of custom training development and consultative/advisory services projects. The Project Coordinator partners with team members across multiple active projects to meet deliverables timelines and objectives.Success in this role requires a detail- and results-oriented individual who takes pride in accomplishing assignments and supporting several different tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The selected individual must demonstrate situational adaptability, a positive attitude, and the desire to partner with virtual team members while working on multiple projects and internal Practice assignments.Duties & Responsibilities· Support Engagement Managers and Delivery Leads by performing, but not limited to the following:+ Initial project setup and interim change activities+ Processing team member on-/off-boarding forms (FTE and Consultant)+ Financial management setup and support (budget creation, system updates, financial reviews, and invoice verification) in support of PMLC / PDF compliance+ Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve project administrative issues (primarily with internal Financial teams)+ Managing schedules of Field Technicians and assisting with schedule conflict resolution· Resource Management+ Project resource onboarding / off-boarding+ ESF / PCN+ Approve project timesheets+ Financial Management+ PeopleSoft data validation+ Approve project expenses+ PeopleSoft Budgeting support+ Invoice Validation+ Financial Review+ PCR supportSkills Required· Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills· Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives· Reliable with deadlines and follow up· Familiarity with project management life cycle· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)· Highly effective time and project coordination skills· Ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate and implement while working on multiple projects· Effective problem-solving skills· Customer focused· Self-motivated and independent· Continual improvement focused; can identify and implement business process changes· Can lead project resources and be a strong individual contributor directly involved in completing project deliverablesQualifications· Experience supporting projects and/or project coordination· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Litmos· Prior experience working in an education or training environment· Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams, a plusWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Salary range: $21.63 - $28.84 / hour Potential bonus up to: $5,000Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
