What you will do:
Instruction supervisors, field technicians, and sales representatives in the scheduling of fire alarm and security projects in commercial, educational, and industrial facilities.
How you will do it:
Provide superior customer satisfaction through fast paced coordination and high-volume communication.
Participate in weekly operations meetings.
Develop personal tools to track and monitor resources and building requirements.
Support the maintenance of electronic project folder database with required documents as needed.
Support technicians by coordinating and supporting the resolution of field issues.
Outlook email and calendar management.
Assist in the scheduling of vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
Assist with project closeout coordination to support timely finishing of projects in the system.
What we look for:
Required
Ability to work 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday and overtime as required.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.
Proficiency with PC's and Microsoft's suite of Office software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and databases.
Successful background check and drug screen.
High school Diploma or GED.
2 or more years in a high-volu2me, customer service-oriented position.
Preferred
2- or 4-year business degree preferred.
Experience in a construction related industry preferred.
