We believe in creating leaders of tomorrow and mentor our leads to help them grow and nurture them as people managers and account managers.Project Coordinator - Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office in Indianapolis, IN)You will be responsible for:Work with Business Units to understand needs, goals andobjectives for tactic development and define outcomesDefine, manage and track timelines for tactics and key milestones and updating the same on WrikeFollow up and hold key stakeholders accountable for Speed, Qualtiy & Timelines for tactics bein developedPartner with MedComms Project Managers and business partners on End-End development of Medical Affairs tacticsSupport L-MACH Lead Team to track and report the operational and strategic KPIsKeep Project data on Wrike upto date while syncing the same with Capacity Planner and other platforms as applicableProject Management and stakeholder Management skillsHands-on experience on platforms, tools and MS office suiteDecent understanding of Medical Affairs function and tactics development lifecycle and processesMust have:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.2+ years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in Medical Affairs with corporate experience in a mid to large sized company strongly preferredProficiency with full MS Office suite and technology tools, including Cornerstone, Zoom, and Teams is essentialKnowledge and experience in the life sciences industry requiredEQUAL OPPORTUNITYIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
