OverviewHerzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a detailed, highly organized Project Coordinator in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.Duties and Responsibilities:This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.Manage the development and implementation of company-wide staffing plans and resource allocation tool for salaried employees including project managers, engineers, safety, quality, and discipline specific managers/supervisors, applicable to multiple projects across the contiguous United States.Coordinate with the Project Pursuits and Development groups to model staffing needs/impacts and availability for future and upcoming projects.Create and manage schedules for supervisory and management staff, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, as well as focused personnel recruiting efforts.Monitor, address, and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate project changes, delays, or scheduling conflicts promptly.Collaborate staffing plan with HR to recruit and hire identified staff resource needs.Prepare reports on staffing and scheduling metrics for senior management.Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.Other duties as assigned.Travel:Up to 50% travel.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in scheduling software (P6, Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite).Very high proficiency in MS Excel.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Pre-Employment Requirements:Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen.Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this role.
