Introduction:
We are a Privately-Owned Solar Engineering Services firm, focusing exclusively on the development of industry-leading solutions. We develop, design, and sell new products that are highly efficient and custom installation solutions that enhance the overall adoption of solar. Our dynamic and growing company needs a motivated Project Coordinator to provide support analytically to our growing sales offering needs. We operate a fast-paced and informal office, which also includes a supportive growth atmosphere. As one of the Project Coordinators on staff, you'll wear many hats and be actively involved with many aspects of our business. Our Project Coordinators are the conduit to customers, managing incoming and outgoing communications and critical details for the project's lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
· Input Information and maintain Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) customer and project information.
· Creating and Analyzing Customer Project Proposals
· Reconciling customer Purchase Orders received with Order Confirmations
· Respond to sales and direct customer inquiries, customer requests for quotations
· Coordinate with internal and external resources for responses to technical project inquiries and needs
· Assist sales in contacting customer representatives in a timely and professional manner to gain updated project status.
· Keep track of all Customer Sales Pipeline Projects and work with Sales and Technical Sales Support to complete missing information.
· Answer direct and company phone calls and e-mail correspondences.
· This individual will rely on his/her experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
· A wide degree of attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills is expected, along with a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
· Associate degree preferred
· 2 years or more experience in a fast-paced customer centric role, administrative role, or sales support role
· Solar and/or construction industry experience is preferred
· Detail oriented, energetic, self-driven, highly motivated, personable, and collaborative
· Must be able to prioritize competing demands
· Professional acumen, problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
