Contract-to-Hire
**Hybrid -- 2 days per week on-site**
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with senior project managers to plan, track, and execute project deliverables.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and key milestones.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-ups and action items are documented.
Technical Analysis:
- Analyze project requirements and support the development of technical documentation.
- Track infrastructure project metrics and provide detailed status updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively across all levels.
Process Improvement:
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize project workflows.
- Support compliance with company standards and best practices in project execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical analysis, or junior project management roles, preferably within infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure domains such as telecommunications, power, utilities, or construction.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle
Preferred Skills:
- Technical background or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CAPM, or PMP) is an advantage.
- Experience with infrastructure-related projects in utilities, telecommunications, or construction industries.
